FHA MORTGAGE LOAN CHECKLIST
When you're ready to apply for an FHA Loan with Austin Texas FHA Loans, you will need to gather the following documents and information. If you have any questions about any of the required documents, please don't hestitate to contact us at 512-577-8898. We're here to help you with every step of the FHA loan process.
Having your documents ready at the beginning of the FHA Mortgage process will assist us in expediting the loan process as quickly as possible. After you fill out our secure online loan application, you will get a private, secure status page on our website. Your secure status page allows you upload any of the required documents listed below as well as check the progress of your loan.
Personal Information
• Copy of Drivers License or any other official State identification
for each applicant and co-borrower
• Copy of Social Security Card for each applicant and co-borrower
• If Applicable: copy of complete divorce, palimony, alimony papers,
copy of Green Card or Work Permit
Employment Information
• Last 2 years of W-2's, 1099's, or any other proper tax forms
• Last 2 years of filed tax returns (all pages, all schedules).
If self employed, we will also need your YTD Profit and Loss statement
• Pay Stubs for most recent (30) thirty days
Asset Information
• Last 3 months of bank statements (all pages)
• Most recent statement (all pages) for any savings accounts, investment
accounts, profit-sharing (401(k), IRA, Mutual Fund, etc
Additional documents may be needed upon review of your
file.
